Warranty

We run an online store outside of ebay, and we treat our sales via ebay exactly the same as our main store. Every product sold comes with a minimum of 1 years warranty from date sold unless otherwise stated. Any defect items can be returned for repair or replacement,  If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item to us within 7 days for a full refund providing the item is unopened & unused. The buyer is responsible for postage costs back to us. Any items returned to us for a refund after 7 days with no faults may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Viewing Cards cannot be refunded once activated.

Deliveries

We send smaller items via Royal Mail delivery, and larger items via Parcel force Worldwide or DHL. Orders received on a working day before 3pm will usually be shipped same day or next day. We aim to deliver sold items within 2-3 days from date of purchase, though this is subject to our carriers services. If you have placed an order for smaller items that have been sent via Royal Mail, Please allow upto 14 days before contacting us about an item not received.

Delivery Charges to Non mainland UK

An additonal £8 will be added for orders sent via courier to Northern Ireland & the Channel Islands.

Any orders made via our ebay store & collected in person from our shop will incurr a £5 collection charge per order. (An "Order" can be multiple items purchased at the same time, not per item)
