CHEQUES WOULD BE ACCEPTED BUT MUST BE SENT TO ME ROYAL MAIL RECORDED OR SPECIAL DELIVERY. ALL PAYMENTS MUST ARRIVE WITHIN 5 DAYS OF AUCTION END.
CHEQUES WILL BE BANKED WITHIN 3 DAYS AND ITEMS WILL BE POSTED ONCE CHEQUE HAS CLEARED.

I want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase, so please take care when bidding and ask questions if in doubt. I ONLY accept returns on certain items and only if you feel that they were not accurately described. There are no refunds for changes of mind/ item not fitting etc.

Returns policy:
I WILL ONLY OFFER A REFUND IN THIS INSTANCE, IF ITEMS ARE NOT WORKING OR NOT AS DESCRIBED.
The item must be returned within 7 days from the date received, and items must be sent back via royal mail recorded 1st class, or, special delivery. The buyer must pay postage. Returned items must be in their original condition, not damaged or altered in any way, and along with any documentation.
E-Bay listing/ selling charges and postage costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
After 3 days of no contact, all sales are considered final and I will no longer accept any returns.
I MUST BE CONTACTED BEFORE THE ITEMS ARE RETURNED FOR CONFIRMATION.

POSTAGE:
Goods will be sent as per buyer’s choice
ROYAL MAIL FIRST CLASS, standard (no tracking or insurance and at buyers own risk)
ROYAL MAIL RECORDED, signed for (traceable in case of loss or delayed delivery and recommended by seller)
ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY which is an insured, signed for next day service.

P&P Standard International Rate £4, and goods will be sent via the best/fastest insured method up to the amount paid for that particular country.
If an international buyer requires a specific postage method, then this can be arranged after the auction has ended.

Goods will be dispatched within 5 working days of payment receipt.
