Policies

• Our preferred method of payment is via Paypal, we also accept credit cards over the phone (Electron & Solo cards require £5 authorisation charge), cheques, bank transfers, etc.,
• If goods are faulty or damaged, a replacement will be offered of equal value. A refund will only be given if no replacement is available.
• Contact must be made within 3 days of close of auction (72 Hours)
• Payment must be received within 7 days from close of auction
• Items will only be shipped when cleared payment is received. For cheques please allow 4-5 working days to clear.
• This contract between the buyer & seller is legally binding 

Returns Policy

• Seven day returns policy is given on the conditions that the wheels are not fitted to your vehicle and are returned in the same condition and packaging as when they were sent out.
• We cannot accept back wheels that are scratched or damaged.

P&P

• Paid items will normally be despatched within 2 working days.
• On sets of wheels and tyres there is a £25 delivery charge in UK mainland. Only. Prices may differ for other countries including Scotland and Ireland.
• * When free or included delivery is quoted, this is to the UK mainland only. The prices may vary to Scotland and Northern Ireland. p&p can not be refunded.
• Over seas shipping can be quoted on the receipt of a full address include the zip/area code.
