Returns Policy

Please contact us via the 'ask the seller a question' tab or at shop@the-appleman.co.uk if you have any queries about our products, your items or deliveries.  We are always happy to hear from you and will do anything we can to help.

We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee & You may return any item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, whatever the reason. Please note that items must be returned with a copy of the invoice sent with them and where possible their original packaging.  Items will only be accepted for return if they are received back in the same condition as they were when delivered to the purchaser, unless on the very rare occasion that they are faulty. You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of posting your return package, however in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your account to process our refund request.

If you need to return an item, simply email us first & then send the item back with a copy of the original packing note & relevant packaging where possible. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Return postage is excluded from refund except in rare case where we have previously agreed this.
