We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise.

We believe the information on this page to be accurate; such information is subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for any inadvertent errors. No warranty or representation (express or implied) concerning the accuracy of the information provided is given and customers should satisfy themselves that any product choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use.
We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us (01216226558) mon-fri 10am-6pm or send the message via ebay (Please do not send any message to our email or paypal email) and we'll be happy to help.
2.0 Delivery
Goods will generally be dispatched the same working day* after payment has been cleared if ordered before 10am on a normal working day*. Otherwise your goods will be dispatched the following working day*. All orders placed at a weekend or bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day*.
For our 24hours and 48hours delivery services and under normal circumstances you can expect to receive your goods within 2 to 3 days dependent on the time of order.
However, although we use a 24 or 48 hours delivery service we cannot guarantee next working day* deliveries as we use third party companies who carry out deliveries for us. Therefore we are unable to accept any responsibility for late deliveries. Please allow up to 7 working days* from the time of order for your product to be delivered.
For our 24 or 48 hours deliveries require a signature upon receipt. It is your responsibility to make sure your delivery address has a person available to sign. When signing for your item please sign for it "unchecked", if you do not and find it damaged once you have opened the packaging you will not be insured.
The delivery charges only apply to UK mainland only. Deliveries to The Channel Isles, Isle of White, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and The Scottish Highlands will be subject to an additional delivery charge. Please order in the normal way and a member of our sales team will contact you to confirm prices before we process the order.

3.0 Damaged Goods
Upon receipt of the goods any damage should be reported to us in writing within 7 working days*. We will arrange for any damaged parts to be replaced, or for an exchange or refund of the goods where necessary.
Minor imperfections—For our high quality wooden product that has travelled many miles and passed through many hands before reaching you. You may receive it with some minor damage such as scratches or chips from the wood. We will not accept part refund for these minor blemishes.

4.0 Return Policy
4.1 Faulty/Damaged/Incorrect Goods
If the item in faulty/damaged condition, or we have sent the wrong item, you must inform us within 7 working days* of receipt. We'll collect it back at your avaible time (weekday only) please insure someone will be there for collection between 9am-6pm.
4.2 Unwanted/Incorrectly Ordered Goods
Upon receiving your goods you decide you don't want them, or you ordered the wrong thing you must inform us with 7 working days* of receipt. You must pay all costs for returning unwanted items. You have a legal obligation to return the goods in resaleable condition. As soon as we receive the item back, we will inspect the item and refund the original item cost. Refunds will be made to the payment method you originally used.
When returning goods you must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. You must ensure that the goods are packaged in their original packaging in order to avoid damage to the product on its return as items received damaged may not be fully refunded.
