Here is n original grobag in Petite Fleur design which is really pretty and girly. BNIP with the free Grobag thermometer.

I am posting from the UK so please allow a little longer for delivery.

I try to list blemishes on clothing as accurately as I can. These will be described and more often than not photographed in the listing, so you can see exactly what you are getting, imperfections and all!

If I have missed something or made a mistake in some way, please please let me know before giving me feedback. I always try my best to sort out any problems and offer a full return policy on most items (if return is not possible I will clearly state this in my listing).

Payment within 7 days of the auction close is appreciated please. If you are having trouble, let me know - there isn't usually a problem with waiting, but if I don't hear from you I cannot help.

International bidders - I have a STRICT PAYPAL ONLY policy with payment - please do not ask me to accept other payment methods from abroad. Cheques in sterling are fine as long as I can pay them in at my bank as normal. International bank transfers and other forms of payment do not work for me, so please don't bid unless you can accept these terms.

UK buyers - paypal is preferred but I also accept cheques in sterling and postal orders (these are sent at buyer's risk and should be sent via a trackable service).

GENERAL POSTAGE:

Postage is charged as low as possible. I mainly use first class post inland, and airmail for international deliveries, unless otherwise stated. My processing costs are kept as low as possible - I just want to get your goods to you in a timely and cost effective manner. I will always combine postage costs where possible if you have bought more the one item from me.

UK POSTAGE - First class mail always used for smaller items. Larger items and bundles I will use a courier. The price quoted in these cases will only include mainland UK, not highlands and islands where a surcharge is usually applicable

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE - items always sent by airmail or in larger bundles etc a courier is used. Prices depend on your location. I do not place prices on my listings as it takes too much time to work prices out for individual locations but same rule applies as general post - I charge cost of postage plus a small amount for packaging. If you would like prices for your location please email me and I can give you a more accurate price.

Current Royal Mail insured rates will apply on all items posted - if your item is worth more than the basic rate, I recommend that you pay for additional cover. This is available on all my auctions.

All items sent by paypal are covered under the buyer protection programme. I obtain receipts for all parcels sent. If your parcel does not arrive then let me know and I can act upon this with royal mail.

Refunds for missing parcels will only be issued once I have been reimbursed by Royal Mail so please be patient as a process has to be followed. Royal Mail will require you to return a completed non-receipt form before I am issued with any refund, so please return this asap on receipt to Royal Mail.

I only refund postage where I have been shown to be at fault, so if you want to check sizes and measurements of clothing and footwear before bidding, this cuts down on the need to return your item.
