This is in very nice condition lighter is not working at the moment but might just need gas, pencil works fine.
This comes in its box with  a part  box ( 8 ) of Venus no 38 thin leads made by the American Pencil Co.
The box has 1949 gift on the back ( see photo ), but I have no idea if this is correct or how old the item is.
