SHIPPING NOTES: All chocolate products are stored in a cool location and while in my possession are NEVER exposed to direct sunlight or high ambient temperatures. Throughout the postal system it is VERY RARE for these chocolate products to get heat-damage, even during the summer months. Unless your post box is outside, you more than likely will have NO meltage issues. I have shipped thousands of orders during past summer months with absolutely no problems. Chocolate will always be harder in winter months so I recommend putting your order in the refrigerator for an hour upon receipt of the order to completely firm the product. For maximum order protection please ask for EMS shipping which is FAST (3-6 days), INSURED, and TRACKABLE online (it must be signed off on so your order won't sit in the heat).

I pack most orders in a box with newspaper for maximum protection. Smaller orders (1 or 2 items) may be sent in bubble wrapped packages with thick cardboard inserts to reduce the risk of damage.
With the exception of National Holidays and weekends, your order will usually be shipped out, within 36 hours of receipt of payment,  by the default shipping method stated above.

SAL - (Surface Air Lifted) usually takes 2-4 weeks for delivery. Crosses the ocean via plane; crosses land by vehicle. This option is NOT INSURED and  NOT TRACKABLE ONLINE. Orders over 2 kg (packed weight) will require two shipping boxes due to Japan Post small packet weight restrictions.

AIR - usually takes 7-10 days for delivery. This option is NOT INSURED and NOT TRACKABLE ONLINE. Orders over 2 kg (packed weight) will require two shipping boxes due to Japan Post small packet weight restrictions.

EMS - usually takes 3-6 days for delivery. INSURED up to $200 USD. Includes TRACKING CODE so you always know where your parcel is. Rates differ for every country so please ask for a quote once you finish ordering. Additional insurance is available for a small fee. Ships in one box regardless of weight (no weight restrictions).
