If you would like to return an item for any reason, please contact us by email within 7 days after receiving the item. All returns are subject to the following conditions: 

1) Item must be in new condition, unworn, and in all original packaging with tags. 

2) Return postage costs are not refunded. 

Please obtain 'proof of posting' from the post office incase the item goes missing or is damaged in transit. If this happens we cannot take an responsibility and you must put in a claim with Royal Mail. 

Once we have received and inspected the item, we will issue a refund for the full amount you paid (UK customers only) or exchange the item. We regret that if your shipping address is outside of the United Kingdom we cannot refund the postage you paid. If you would like an exchange you must pay extra postage for the item to be sent out. 

If an item is returned to us and shows signs of wear, deliberate damage or has a strong smell of perfume/aftershave/deodorant we reserve to right not to offer a refund or exchange and will return the same item to you.
