Global Memory specialises in all types of computer memory (RAM) and providing upgrade solutions for all major and OEM manufactured computers, printers and servers.

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque. Services available are: Royal Mail first class recorded delivery (2-5 working days), Royal Mail first class special delivery (1-2 working days), Royal Mail international signed for delivery (up to 10 business days).

We accept payment by: Paypal, all major credit and debit cards, Cheques, postal orders and bank transfers. We ship to Paypal confirmed address.

Cancellations and Re-schedules
The buyer has 30 days to change their mind without penalty as long as the item hasn’t been opened and/or used. Faulty or incompatible items can also be refunded within the first 30 days. If a fault occurs after the first 30 days then the item will be repaired/replaced but not refunded.
 
Goods which are being returned for a refund after 7 days due to a change of mind and which are NOT incompatible or faulty will be subject to a deduction of the seller's postage and packaging cost for sending the item to the customer. This will also apply to goods which are stated as having free postage & packaging. For goods with a value of less than £75 excluding VAT will have £3 deducted from the refund. Goods with a value of over £75 excluding VAT will have £7 deducted from the refund. Goods which have been bought incorrectly by the buyer and due to a failure to check compatibility with the seller beforehand, will therefore also incur a further deduction of £5 for administration/restocking costs.
 
Returns Procedure
If any Goods become defective in accordance with section (11) herein. The Buyer must obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number from the Seller. The RMA number will be valid for a period of seven days from the date of issue by the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to refuse delivery of Goods after this period. The Buyer may have to bear any losses due to price erosion or obsolescence if Goods are returned after the seven days. Any Goods returned must have the RMA number marked clearly on the package and must be returned in original packaging or equivalent. The Seller reserves the right to refuse delivery of any Goods returned without an RMA number.
