We offer a 14 day no quibble returns policy. Returned garments must be received within 14 days of sale date, in perfect condition and with any garment packaging and tagging intact. Worn, washed, damaged or previously tagged items will be returned to you without refund as we will be unable to resell such garments.
In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item, on receipt of the returned goods, we will replace the item and refund your return postage. A full refund will be issued where replacement is not possible. For all other returns we will issue a refund less the original postage cost and a £2 restocking fee per article. Alteratively, we'd be happy to discuss an exchange for you. 

Non-faulty goods should be returned at your own expense and we recommend that you send these by recorded delivery mail as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in the post. Contact must be made through the Ebay messaging system BEFORE returning a garment with the reason for the return. Returns MUST be accompanied by an Ebay invoice or note clearly stating the Item Number, Your Ebay name and your name and address. As a volume seller, without this full information it is impossible to trace the transaction quickly. Failure to include complete information with your return will result in significant delays in processing your refund.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns (unless the item is faulty) for control wear, hoisery, underwear or swimwear.
