This beautiful little comport is Shelley, plain white, simply very elegant and extremely cute.  
It's in superb condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. There are no stains or yellowing.    

Measurements

It stands about 2.75 inches (7cm) tall and the top is 5 inches (12.5 cms ) in diameter. The base is roughly 2.5 inches (6.5cm) in diameter.
