  The DAINTY shape was Wileman's and Shelley's most enduring one. It was created for Wileman in 1896 by Rowland Morris and continued in production under the Shelley mark right through until the factory closed in 1966. Shelley produced various sizes and shapes of Dainty cups and this example is the low tea cup version.
The trio is in superb condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. The cup, saucer and plate all ping well.

Measurements

The cup is 2.5 inches (6.5cm) tall.
The saucer is about 5.75 inches (14.5cm) in diameter.
The plate is 6 inches (15cm) in diameter.
