You wont find anything more Art Deco than this fabulous little coffee cup and saucer. It was produced by the Shelley factory when they were at their peak, producing the most dramatic shapes and patterns. It is decorated in the Art Deco geometric style with lines and blocks in platinum & black with a touch of grey. The cup shape is Oxford.

 The pattern number 12327 would date its production to 1934.      
The cup and saucer are in excellent condition and have no chips, cracks or crazing.

 Both pieces "ping" beautifully.The platinum and black colours are in excellent condition.The handle is in perfect condition with no rubbing to the platinum.  A real treasure for someone to own.

Measurements

  • The saucer is around 5 inches (12.5cm) in diameter.
  • The cup is around 2.5 inches (6.5cm) high.
