Return policy
Items Should be returned within 14 Days of Receipt and Proof of Posting should be obtained from Royal Mail in the event of subsequent loss or damage to the item when it is returned. Refunds can not be given if items do not arrive and you have failed to obtain Proof of Posting.
If you change your mind after receiving the goods then the item can be returned for a refund of the bid price only. Where the item is new and packaged then it should be returned unopened and unused. The Buyer pays return shipping costs.
Should the item be defective or significantly not as described then it can be returned for a full refund or replacement where applicable. Return shipping costs will be refunded upon receipt of the item.
It is the Senders responsibility to contact Royal Mail to query lost or damaged items and to make any claims. This applies to Sellers and also customers who return items. |
