Overnight delivery can be arranged for an additional $35.

International Buyers:

Shipping and insurance to Canada & Europe cost $50 via FedEx International Priority. Free shipping is for U.S. buyers only.

Shipping to all other destinations will vary.  Please contact us BEFORE bidding for correct shipping cost to avoid problems after the item is won.

Expect to pay import cost or a Value Added Tax to your customs department, which is between the buyer and their country.

Lost or damaged items during delivery are the buyer's responsibility. However, we will gladly file an insurance claim on your behalf if there is a problem.

We will not falsify the content of items we deliver to avoid custom fees so please do not ask. To lower import cost consider using a mail forwarding service.

All watches sold by Watches Unlimited are guaranteed to be genuine and free from defects for a period of at least one year unless stated otherwise.

While defects in our watches are extremely low, they do happen and warranty work will become necessary. Watches Unlimited is not an authorized agent or service center for the watch manufacturers presented and all repairs or replacements will be handled by us at our location.

In our experience, most warranty work requires simple adjustments or battery replacement. Watches Unlimited reserves the right to replace or repair the watch at our discretion. Water damage or damage due to neglect or misuse is not covered by any manufacturer or by Watches Unlimited. Water damage normally happens when the crown is not screwed down correctly or is accidentally opened. Buyers should always double check the crown before entering the water. Only the internal mechanical parts (meaning the movement) are covered by this warranty. The clasp, bracelet and crystal are not covered.
