We have been asked many times for a small fast cast system similar in many respects to the popular POR-A-CAST and Easyflow, extremely fast gel and demould and yet unfilled so YOU choose the filler. This will accept ANY filler listed on our fillers page and probably a ton of others too! FAB for cold casting. Supplied as 2 parts 1kg of each.

If you are looking for a simple 1 to 1 addition by weight fast cast system, look no further! You have found one of the best on the market.

Significantly less brittle than a polyester casting resin and so simple to use the list of uses is just endless! Prototyping, tooling, props, mini rigid moulds (say for silicone to cast small rubber parts!) it can be pigmented with a polyurethane pigment, or simply painted post cure.

Much faster cure than a Polyester!!!

Expect set within around 5-10 mins and demould tack free within 30!

A reduced exotherm system reduces the risk of overheating and discolouration. We have successfully cured this product in a 100mm section without issue and when filled the reaction is a touch slower and this could be extended.

Cured via a two part chemical system of Polyol and Isocyanate with extra easy 1 to 1 additon by weight, you dont get any easier than this! You should read the safety sheet before you use this product. NO EXCEPTIONS! Polyurethanes like Polyesters present their own hazards and you should familiarise yourself with them before use. Approved respirators, gloves and good ventilation should be observed at all times, contact us for further advice on this product before use.

We currently employ two major parcel carriers for our deliveries. 99% of our parcels travel on an overnight service, there are only a few bulky items that travel via the economy 2-3 day service.  If nobody is likely to be in to accept your delivery you will receive a card from our couriers asking you to contact them to arrange delivery days. Timed delivery or Saturday delivery requests are not allowed. All goods MUST be signed for as received in good condition. Any damages must be noted BEFORE you sign. Our all inclusive goods in transit insurance is available for £1 per complete order for peace of mind protection against loss, damage and theft. Simply add that to your order value on checkout.

Goods to be delivered to an address other than your eBay Registered address and/or Paypal Confirmed Address are in advance by prior arrangement only.
