We list our items saying we only post within the UK but we will consider posting Worldwide. Please email us for details.

RETURNS POLICY

We have a "no quibble" returns policy. If there is anything wrong with the item that is not mentioned in the auction or if the item you receive is not the item advertised then your money will be returned (subject to availability and of return of faulty goods first.)

You may return any item purchased for a full refund of the purchase price excluding delivery charge within 14 days of delivery.

If you change your mind then goods may be returned within the 14 days cooling off period.  You will be required to cover the cost of the return postage.

Please ensure that you retain proof of sending any item for return.

PLEASE NOTE: Goods damaged in transit are not considered our responsibility as we always ensure every item is well packaged and protected.  We will of course do our best to resolve the issue with the Royal Mail or the chosen courier on your behalf.
