ALL of our sweets are of premium quality. Our aim is to bring you back the sweets from yester-year, so wherever possible, our sweets are the ORIGINAL and BEST! All of our sweets have the longest best-before-dates possible (we restock on a weekly basis due to the high volume of sales). If not specified by the manufacturer on your packaging, all other sweets are clearly labelled with contents, ingredients, any allergen advice and best-before dates. We package all sweets to a very high standard.

- We will process your order within 2 working days (Monday to Friday). In exceptional circumstances (such as Royal Mail strikes or system glitches) we will endeavour to despatch your item as soon as practicably possible and recompense any delay with either 1 class postage (where 2 class postage has been paid for) or free sweets.
- We will notify you by email when your item has been despatched. You should expect delivery within 3-5 Working Days although most items are received quicker!
- You will never pay more than £7.25 for your postage if in the UK Mainland.
- We ship items to every destination in the WORLD. All listings state postage charges for your location but please contact us for prices if making a large order. Delivery times for overseas orders vary. Please allow up to 14 Working days for receipt before contacting us.
- If your sweets are not received in the perfect condition they will always leave us in, please contact us so we can resolve this matter.
- Please contact us using Ebays messaging service if you do not receive your items within 7 WORKING DAYS after receiving your despatch email. We will take all actions necessary to track down missing items and deal with each problem on its own merit.
