US Buyers: We ship via FedEx Ground every business day and email tracking information upon shipping. You're also welcome to pick up your items in person, please select "local pickup" when making your purchase and contact us to make arrangements.

International shipments will be processed via either FedEx or USPS International. APO/FPO shipments will be sent via USPS Priority Mail.

Buyers not in the USA must pay with PayPal! International buyers are completely responsible for paying their own duties and customs fees. We gladly accept returns for defective or non-functioning products. Products must be in unused condition, and in the original packaging with tags attached. If you have a problem product, please contact us. Upon receipt of the product, we can either issue an exchange, store credit, or a refund.

Any returns received for reasons other than the above must be sent at the buyer's expense and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any refunds or credits issued will not take into account the original shipping price.
