Payment

ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS OF PURCHASING THE ITEM (otherwise your order may be cancelled and the item re-listed).

• Credit/Debit Cards – You can pay by Debit or Credit Card by phoning our payment line on 01337 830735.  All transactions are handled by WorldPay, part of the Royal Bank of Scotland group.
   

• Personal Cheques / Postal Orders – Make payable to:

  We allow 7-10 working days for cheques to clear before dispatching items; our postal address will be supplied via email to the winning bidder.

Delivery Information

We deliver to mainland UK only.

• Contact - Please supply us with a contact telephone number for yourself in case of difficulties with delivery (driver can't find house etc.)
   

• Delivery Times - Please refer to our About page for our UK delivery schedule. We deliver to most areas in the UK twice a week. Deliveries will be Mon-Fri 7am-6pm. Unfortunately we cannot offer specific time slots.
   

• Dispatch - We aim to dispatch all items within 5 working days of purchase, if there is any delay we will notify you.
   

• Cost - Please see individual items for delivery costs. If you purchase multiple items we will combine items and therefore reduce the total cost where possible.
   

• Delivery - Goods are normally delivered by a tail-lift truck on a pallet.  Please make sure there is an able bodied person available to assist the driver if necessary.  Goods can only be delivered to ground floor addresses.  If you live in a flat or other multiple dwelling please make suitable arrangements to get the goods into your property.
   

• Damages - Please do not sign for the item until you are satisfied it is in perfect condition. Any discrepancies must be marked on the couriers note. No responsibility can be accepted once the item is fitted. We advise that you do not book your fitter until you have received and checked the goods. We do not cover for consequential loss, labour or courier / transportation costs.

Refunds & Returns

• Damaged / Faulty Goods - we will collect and refund the price paid for the item or replace it if stock is available.
   

• Change of Mind - If you wish to cancel your order then items may be returned within 7 days by contacting us by phone or email.  We do not refund courier costs either way.  It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the item(s) reach us in good condition and we will not be responsible for loss or damage of returned items so please ensure you take out the correct insurance cover. 
  The customer must arrange for the return.  Any non-faulty items will incur a 10% handling charge.  Some items that are non-returnable will be advertised as such.  Auction items are non returnable.
