At Online Thermal Underwear if you are not 100% satisfied with any of purchase we offer a 7 days money back guarantee from the date of delivery to you.

In order to qualify this you must email first at mail@inshad.co.uk and return in original state. Please note that the buyer pays the postage for the returns. If however if for any reason it is our fault e.g. wrong item then we pay the return postage too.

Lost Item:

If for any reason your order goes astray in the post then a replacement item will be sent if for any reason we do not have the replacement then we shall give you the full refund.
