 We only accept Pay Pal to sales@thephonetradecentre.com. Personal cheques will be accepted however goods will not be dispatched unless cheque has cleared. UK Postal Orders or Bankers Draft is also accepted and goods will be dispatched on receipt.

On Buy It Now transaction we request immediate payment. If this is not received within a period of 7 days we will file a No Payment with E Bay Dispute Console.

For Auctioned Items you should make the payment within 7 days of auction close.
If payment is not received within the 7 business days, we reserve the right to void the transaction and file a NPB (non-paying bidders) with eBay.

We use the P&P as a handling charge to cover our shipping/carriage cost, packaging materials, fuel charges, boxes, and labels. Most of our goods are dispatched using Royal Mail description of services as listed. Items dispatched outside the UK will be dispatched by International Signed For to confirmed address only, we may make a request to re confirm your shipping address and contact details if we are unsure about this.

Please do not bid if you don't agree with our shipping and handling prices. Do not email us during the sale/auction to reduce the shipping price, except if you require multiple purchases.
If you wish to pickup locally you will be made welcome during our Business Hours of 7.30am to5.00 pm Mon-Fri and 7.30 to 12.00midday on Sat.
We will use third party shipping by TNT if requested for delivery outside the UK, and National Courier to Business Address Only.


Refund and Return Policy

Auction sales are final. No refunds or credits for auction items.

We will however offer a replacement if the item we send you is defective on delivery (DOA) if we are notified within 24 hours after delivery.

Returns must have all original packaging and accessories and received in the same condition as purchased, or a 25% restocking fee will be assessed. For items that you have purchased that you do not our meet the description or are reported faulty on arrival we will replace, or offer a refund if not available. All warranty claims will be validated before any refunds/replacements are made. Items returned and found not to be defective will be returned at buyer's expense, or refund will be made for the item value less restocking fee as listed. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs for exchange or warranty service, see above.

Feedback Policy

We have taken up on an automatic feedback system due to high-volume sales.

Buyer is responsible for leaving us feedback first in order to receive feedback.

Once buyer leaves us a positive feedback, you will automatically receive the same
simultaneously.
