Simply heat-press them for 10 seconds at approx. 160º Celcius. The special hot-fix glue on the back of the stones will melt and adhere to your garment. Now you can personalize your clothes, make stuff for your friends, and sparkle up your wardrobe! Make designs for stag and hen nights, birthday and wedding presents; put them on t-shirts, aprons, jeans, socks, whatever you like! Just make sure the garment contains 80% cotton or more to avoid getting damaged from the heat.
