Powdered Carbohydrate and Electrolyte Drink Mix.
Allsports SR3 is especially formulated to make a drink to replace fluids and important minerals lost during exercise.

It makes a pleasant easily absorbed drink which can be taken before, during and after activity to replace fluid and assist in providing energy for combating fatigue and helping in rapid recovery.

Easy to mix with a handy scoop in each pack. One scoop of powder to 250ml (1/2 pint) water is all that is required.
SR3 is also a good cure for hangovers.
