You are viewing a very rare and extremely collectable pair of Levi Strauss & Co, 1910 Spring Bottom Pants.  These are 100% genuine Levi Strauss & Co as you can see by the quality of craftsmanship and fabric.

Waist 38" (96.5cm).  Inside leg 32" (81cm).  These come complete with a Levi Strauss & Co cotton carry bag with handle and button fastener.  The jeans have the famous copper rivets and button fly fastening.  There are two rear pockets and three front pockets.  Tags attached. 

Spring Bottom Pants were probably added to the line in the late 1880's.  Although they were also considered workwear, since they were manufactured with the copper rivets, they were designed to be worn by men such as factory superintendents or bookkeepers.  "Spring Bottom" meant the pants had a flare to the leg opening.

Condition:

Mint!  Excellent brand new condition.

Parcel weighs approximately 1.1kg (2.5 lbs).  Posting by Royal Mail Special next day delivery (UK) or by Airsure/International Signed-for.  Tracking included and a signature will be required on receipt.

P A Y M E N T

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: PayPal only within 3 days of purchase. Customers paying by e-cheque will have to wait at least 10 business days before your item(s) can be posted.

UK CUSTOMERS: PayPal preferred but on certain listings I will also accept UK postal orders, banker's draft or cheque. If sending a cheque, you may have to wait up to 10 business days for the cheque to clear properly. Goods will only be posted out once my bank have confirmed the cheque has cleared. Customers paying by e-cheque will also have to wait at least 10 business days before your item(s) can be posted. You do not need a PayPal account to complete the checkout but you must have a valid debit or credit card.

NON-PAYMENT: If payment hasn't been received within the time specified or agreed and you've made no attempt to contact me, the transaction will be cancelled and reported to eBay in order that I can recoup my fees. Whilst items are taken 'off the shelves' it means other eBay customers cannot purchase them.

S H I P P I N G

Parcels are shipped daily from the UK (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays). Buyers are responsible for any customs charges made by their authorities.

I love to combine shipping! Discounts are automatically included for multiple purchases. If you buy several items on one invoice and I find you have overpaid on shipping, I will always refund the difference. Postage is charged on the actual weight of your parcel plus approximately 50p GBP for packaging materials unless a very heavy object is being shipped. In this case a higher packaging fee will be included.

UK CUSTOMERS - Merchandise is sent by first class Royal Mail recorded delivery or Royal Mail Special next day delivery.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Goods are shipped by Royal Mail Airsure where possible or by International Signed-for. Tracking and insurance provided. International delivery times vary depending on the destination and whether the parcel has to go through customs (buyer is responsible for any customs charges). Royal Mail aim to deliver to the country of destination within 5 working days. It's then down to your local postal services to deliver your merchandise. Expect delivery within 10-15 working days but always be prepared to wait up to 28 working days for international deliveries.

PLEASE NOTE: UK postal services exclude insurance cover for breakable items such as ceramics, porcelain, china or glass (as confirmed by Royal Mail UK, Parcel Force and DHL).

R E T U R N   P O L I C Y

Catwalk Creative is a small business offering a select range of quality merchandise. I operate a strict 7 day return policy in line with UK Distance Selling Regulations. Please be aware that refunds are extremely costly and it takes a great deal of time and effort to re-list an item. Exceptional care is taken to measure and describe each item fully including details of any flaws. I always attach several photographs of each item but have many more available including close-ups of zips and other types of fastenings, clothing interiors and pockets etc.

You, the customer, must take responsibility to ensure that you read each description in full before making your purchase and email if you require further assistance.

The 7 day return policy is operative from the date you receive your merchandise. The returns policy applies no matter what your reason for return but certain restrictions apply as follows:

1) You must email FIRST to obtain agreement before posting your merchandise back. Failure to do so will result in the item being returned to you without refund. I expect my customers to provide me with the same level of courtesy that I offer to them so please keep me informed. :)

2) Shipping costs are non-refundable. The buyer must pay for the return postage*.

3) Goods should be posted back in the same condition they were sent out and returned in their original packaging. Any sign of damage or usage (including cigarette or perfume smells) will terminate this refund policy.

4) Catwalk Creative is UK based so if you return goods from outside the UK and a customs charge is made by British authorities (that I have to pay), it will be deducted from your refund.*

5) Refunds and/or compensation will not apply to breakable items such as decorative china, porcelain, glass or other similar materials. Catwalk Creative takes the utmost care in packaging fragile items which are tissue and bubble-wrapped and posted in sturdy boxes. UK postal services (Royal Mail/Parcel Force/DHL) exclude this type of breakable material from compensation.

I recommend returning goods by a recorded method and retain proof of postage. You should ensure adequate insurance cover is provided for the returned goods as Catwalk Creative is not responsible for the safe delivery of returned merchandise. Your refund will only be processed once the goods have been received back and it will be issued via the same method it was paid (usually PayPal).

Refunds are processed immediately the goods are received back but customers may have to wait up to 10 business days for PayPal to credit your account.

* The only instance a full refund (including postage) will be offered is if the item has been grossly misinterpreted on the original listing.
