PRODUCT RETURNS AUTHORITY
The following conditions must be complied with. Failure to do so may invalidate your request for credit or replacement goods.
Terms and conditions for returns
Authorisation
Goods returned without consent and valid returns number could be refused.
Goods ordered in error/ Unwanted goods
Goods ordered in error or no longer of any use to the customer, may be returned, providing goods are in a resaleable condition, relative to product integrity, shelf life (printed on outer packaging) and packaging condition. The goods should be returned by the cost of the customer, or a collection can be arranged and charged. Suitable paper work such as invoice or delivery note should be sent, in order for credit to be raised promptly. Returns will be raised with a 20% handling charge. Please ensure the goods are returned in well-sealed packaging so they are not damaged in transit.
Faulty returns
Goods claimed to be faulty may require prior authorisation from Green Business IOW Ltd before replacements can be issued. If possible please return faulty goods with a sample. A collection can be arranged for faulty products or may be returned by the cost of the customer and refunded. A self-addressed envelope may be sent for faulty goods to be returned. No charged will be made for re-delivery of faulty/damaged goods.
Damaged goods
All deliveries received in a damaged condition should be signed for as damaged to enable to make a claim. We should be informed of damaged products within reasonable time for goods to be replaced same day as notification.
Goods sent in error
In the unfortunate circumstances we send goods in error, either wrong size, incorrect item in packaging etc, we will arrange to send replacement goods. A self-address envelope may be enclosed or sent separately in order for the items to be sent back to us. A courier may collect if the items are of large size or weight.
Collections
Collections can be arranged for a suitable or suggested time from the customer. A penalty of £5.00 can be charged for failed collections. If it is not possible for collection on date arranged, we should be advised as soon as possible. |
