How to use this service

1) Send us Payment via PayPal with a note of your phone make,model and I.M.E.I. Number and any special language requests,

2) Ensure all important data (i.e. photo’s, videos, music, phone numbers and messages) have been saved somewhere else other than the phone.

3) Fully charge your phone,

4) Remove sim card and memory card,

5) Make a note of the IMEI number of the phone and a description of the phone and keep safe,

6) Post phone in Jiffy bag to;

We will then

1) receive your phone,

2) Unlock and debrand your phone,

3) send it back to you (Within 2days or receipt.)  NORMALLY SAME DAY

4)When you receive your phone back insert any sim-card of your choice and enjoy your phone.
