Please make payment within 7 days of purchase via Paypal, Personal Cheque, Bankers Draft or Uncrossed Postal Orders. Please note that orders will not be processed until we recieve a cleared payment.

We dispatch items between Monday - Thursday excluding bank holidays. All items are sent in secure packaging to avoid damage & we always send via a recorded & fully insured route which must be signed for, in the unlikely event that your box arrives damaged when you sign for your parcel please state damaged, this helps if we need to apply for compensation.

All of our designs are handmade and created with a lot of care & attention. Therefore please allow 3-21 working days from us receiving a cleared payment to dispatch - We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible but if your order is urgent please contact us before purchasing so that we can try to prioritize your order.

Returns Policy: In the unlikely event that you would like to return your flowers, we require an email informing us of return within 48hrs of receipt of goods and we only accept items that are returned in unused as sent condition within 7 days of receipt. On orders under £60 we will issue a full refund minus P&P costs. On orders over £60 we apply a 20% restock fee which will be deducted from the buy it now price also minus p&p costs the remaining balance will be refunded in full. It is also buyers responsibility to pay for registered & insured return P&P.
