This is brand new and has a 150 litre main tank in hdpe. with a 2kw thermostaticly controlled heater  and high quality pump .

There is also a hpde. second tank fitted with a paddle mixer for adding the methonal ,and caustic soda mixture .

Its all mounted on a substancial welded steel frame .

there is a seperate sight tube with safety valve fitted to check fluid levels .

The plant comes with power pickup adaptor for filling with the waste vegetable oil and also for adding the methonal mixture  all operated by the 6 various heavy duty valves which can divert the biodiesel to the 5 micron filter system included  or also to a seperate holding or extra washing tank (supplied extra if required ).There is a misting jet fitted in the lid for water washing and also a seperate glycerine drain valve fitted .

This plant has all the necessary bits to enable you to make best quality biodiesel   at about 20 or 25 cents a litre from all the waste cooking oil available from most of the vast number of restaurants here in the Costa del sol .
