The system has three recording modes ( LP 8 Kbps / SP 32 Kbps / HP 128 Kbps)
Digital Voice Recordings can be made using the system as a portable device or can be attached to the telephone using the telephone recording adapter kit. Recording both sides of the telephone conversation / interview and saving for later use or digital storage.
The DVR1 voice recorder from the UltraDisk range can be used as a generic mp3 player (playback ACT, WAV, MP3, WMA, WAV & ASF) and as a multi versatile USB memory stick.

Should an item arrive in a faulty condition, or be missing any accessories, please do let us know and we will arrange for you to return the faulty item, or for a replacement or refund. If the product is tested and confirmed faulty, we will then return your postage amount to you (a maximum of Royal Mail recorded rates only) and issue you with a replacement or refund.

Unwanted items
If the product is not faulty but does not meet your requirements, providing it is returned to us in an un-used, undamaged state (including packaging), we will offer you a goodwill refund however our postage costs will be deducted from any amount refunded. The listing may show the postage as free, however we still have to pay the Royal Mail to deliver the item and that delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.
All items have to be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note if you do not use the returns form there may be a delay in processing your replacement or refund.

Did you know you will incur an additional 15% vat charge, a 10% uk import duty and don't forget the courier admin fee (£10) when the item is delivered?
