IMPORTANT NOTE: We will now deliver to the address on your eBay account at the time of order. Please ensure this address reflects your choice of delivery location. We are unable to change delivery address details once you have paid for your order, please also do not add notes to an order or payment in paypal as these will not be picked up by our systems, for an urgent amendment to a mistake on your order call us directly on 01572737624 9-5 monday to friday

All our orders are shipped monday to friday via DHL Courier, Parcelforce or Royal Mail.

General Terms:

• All items are shipped same day from receipt of cleared payment if ordered by 1pm
• Deliveries by courier/Royal Mail take place Monday to Friday 08.00 to 18.00 and must be SIGNED FOR.
• Failed delivery attempts will be carded and you must then call the delivery company in question to arrange redelivery or collection.
• Failed deliveries returned to us will be refunded within 7 days less any charges for delivery.
• You will receive a despatch notification when your order has been picked and dispatched
• We do not deliver to BFPO addresses (only civilian addresses)
• We do not offer a collection service from our eBay business or our Rutland Cycling stores and do not take phone orders.

Prices and Payment

• All our prices are fully inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
• Prices are not negotiable and we offer no discount for collections or phone orders so please do not ask, emails on the subject will simply be deleted
• We now only accept Paypal for all purchases as this offers you the customer the best security, though payment by card once the item has been ordered through ebay is available if you cannot access your paypal account by calling 01572737624 Monday to Friday 10:00 - 16:00
  Our VAT number is GB 331 438 087 and VAT invoices can be provided.
• We do not accept cash, cheque or postal orders, bank transfer or any other payment method other than PAYPAL PAYMENT ONLY
• Direct phone orders are not permitted.
• A payment confirmation will be sent once we have received cleared funds.
• Our delivery charges are per item and are clearly stated on all listings.
• We only offer a discount on postage for combined purchases if we have been asked for a revised invoice through ebay messaging. If you have already paid then we can NOT offer a postage discount/refund.
• All eBay users registered worldwide are eligible to buy.
• We reserve the right to vary our prices and charges. The total you pay is the total listed price at the time of order.

Returns

We're committed to selling high-quality products we hope you'll enjoy using, but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought.

PLEASE NOTE:
ITEMS PURCHASED AT RUTLANDCYCLING'S EBAY STORE CANNOT BE RETURNED TO OUR RETAIL SHOPS.

Unwanted Purchases/Your Right to Cancel

• You must notify us of your intent to cancel/return goods within 14 days of the date of delivery to your address.
• Returned items must be in their original and unused condition, complete with all parts, accessories, original packaging and the original invoice and or full contact details including name, address, eBay user ID and reason for returning
• Sorry, but DVD recordings or software that you have unsealed are excluded from this policy (we sell these from time to time).

Faulty products

• You must notify us that you are returning your order as soon as it develops a fault.
• In the event of a fault developing within 30 days of purchase, a replacement will be sent or a full refund issued after receipt of the returned item and verification of the fault our return address is:

• Should an item become faulty after 30 days of purchase but within the stated warranty period, we will, at our discretion, offer a repair, a replacement or a cost of item refund after receipt of the returned item and verification of the fault.
• If the item is not found to have a manufacturing fault, or the fault is due to customer misuse, then no refund will be issued, and the buyer will be responsible for any fees for return shipping.

Incorrect Orders/Substitutes

• In the unlikely event of receiving an incorrect order or substituted item, please accept our apologies and contact us to inform us of our mistake at the earliest convienience on 01572737624 Monday to Friday 10.00-16.00
• Please return the item in its original condition, and upon receipt and subject to stock, we will ship your correct item or offer a full refund.
• Please enclose the return postage costs which will be refunded, for small items below £30 in value there is no need to send them 'signed for' simply first or second class is fine.
