How to grow - Sowing Outdoor 

Sow thinly March to July in a prepared seed bed in rows of 30cm (12in) apart. Cover lightly with 1.5cm (half inch) of fine soil. Firm gently and keep moist. Seedlings appear 14-21 days. For continuous crops sow every 2-3 weeks. When harvesting select young carrots alternately from the row, at approx. 7.5cm (3in) long, allowing the remainder to develop fully. No other thinning is needed if sown thinly. Keep well watered to prevent the roots splitting. Keep weed free at all times. Protect early sowings with cloches. Harvest June to October. Lift in October, remove soil from roots and store in dry sand.

Items that are in sealed packaging are not accepted for return SO PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE ITEM IS WHAT YOU REQUIRE BEFORE OPENING. There will be a 10% restocking charge deducted from the refund to cover our out of pocket expenses. Postage costs will not be refunded. Postage to return the item is at your own expense.
