AN EARLY 19TH CENTURY, ENGLISH, COPPER EMBER TONGS

 An ENGLISH copper or copper alloy pair of ember tongs with a mushroom finial, late 18th or 19th century and used for lighting a pipe etc from the embers of the fire. They are 430mm long and are in excellent condition.
