Postage and Packaging -
The term P&P stands for Postage and packaging. These
include costs of postage, packing material, professional
handling of goods and other fees that are part of
processing your order.
Returns -
At
Wotnix we understand the importance of customer
satisfaction, and therefore are quite happy to accept returns if you are not
completely pleased with your product, as long as it is
returned to us in the same condition sent to you and we have been
contacted within 7 days of receiving the product by e-mail, so that our staff are aware of the
matter.
Address Check -
Please check the local address you have given us is
correct. This may sound obvious, but every so often we
have a similar case.
Faulty Goods -
Our goods are inspected carefully by our packing staff
before being dispatched, and so will be in good
condition. In the unlikely event of goods being faulty
(damaged in transit e.t.c), we will gladly accept the
return and replace the product for absolutely no cost to
you. If a replacement is not available, we are also
willing to refund you.
Region Restrictions -
This mainly applies to those living the US. Some
international edition books are prohibited for sale in
US, and therefore not for sale to those living in
restricted areas.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Please be sure to read and comply with our terms and
conditions before bidding on any item. Its importance is
to ensure you are completely satisfied with your
purchase and helps avoid any misunderstandings later on.

Payment should be
made within 7 days of the sale coming to a close, unless
some sort of agreement has been made prior to the
transaction. We accept payment through PayPal, credit card,
cheques and postal orders (GBP only. Goods will be
dispatched promptly, only after payment has been
received. |

preferred method of receiving payment, it is very simple to use, very secure, and
ensures you are also protected by PayPal policies.
Cheques/Postal Orders (GBP only)
Please Email us for further instructions, and we will
notify you on what to do. Please note that cheques may
take up to 7 working days to clear out, only then will
your goods be dispatched. Postal orders are also
accepted.
Credit/Debit Card (UK Only)
Payment by
credit/debit card is also accepted. For further assistance on this

are brand new and in mint condition.
