That leather is a natural product and is therefore subject to the imperfections (including holes, scars, branding, insect bites etc...) that come with such products. Please read below for some of the common questions & queries that you may have.
1 I have creases in my leather, what should I do?
The best thing to do is spread it out and leave it. You can either use a wooden horse or simply drape it over something. Most creases should come out within a week or so. If this still does not work you can use a common household iron, industrial irons should not be used since they can provide too much heat.
2 Will leather last forever if I treat it correctly?
No is the simple answer. Leather is a natural organic product and will eventually perish (as will any other organic product!). However you can prolong the life of your leather by caring for it properly with regular cleaning and protection.
3 Can the wrong cleaning product really damage leather?
Yes. Studies have shown that just because a product says it cleans leather it doesn't necessarily mean it will work. The problem is if the cleaning product forms a film over the leather surface.
As soon as this happens you will create another layer of a different elasticity. If the new layer is more elastic (i.e. bends more) then it can cause the leather to flex beyond the capability of its protective topcoat and the topcoat can begin to crack. Our cleaning products have been extensively tested to ensure they work with our leather.
4 Should I use nail varnish remover to remove nail varnish stains from leather?
Definitely not! The nail varnish remover will certainly remove the nail varnish, but it will also remove the protective lacquers on top of the leather.
5 Does this leather contain any PCP's (Pentachlorophenols) or other EU restricted substances?
No.
6 Is leather naturally fire retardant?
Yes & no. Leather is naturally fire retardant, but most of the chemicals that are used in the finishing are not, have you ever burned anything wooden with paint on it? This means that the heavier the amount of finish, the less fire retardant it will be.

Our returns policy complies with DSR's and any return must be agreed with Seller prior to return. Any goods not returned in saleable condition within seven days of receipt will not be refunded. We are not obliged to refund postage unless there has been an error on our part.
It is the purchasers responsiblity to provide accurate delivery addresses. If your address has recently changed then please make sure that you specify this at time of purchase. The majority of our packages are sent via a 'SIGNED for COURIER SERVICE'. In the event that you are not available to accept delivery of the sent package the driver will leave a card they will usually attempt delivery for a second time. You must call the number on the card left within approximately 5 working days, or the parcel will be Returned to Sender. If the parcel is Returned to Sender, then additional shipping for the item will be paid for by the buyer
