All items listed on ebay are in stock for immediate dispatch. In order for us to dispatch the goods on the same working day, we will need to have the order with completed payment before 2pm. Any order placed after 2pm might be dispatched the same day or the next working day. Please note that if the order is placed before Friday 2pm, the goods will be with you on Monday. Can I collect my order?

Delivery
Once the payment is cleared, the order will be dispatched the same or next working day. Most of the deliveries will be carry out by courier companies which will require a signature to receive the goods.
Goods sold within the U.K are insured up to £500 against damage in transit. Please email us within 24 hours if goods are found to be damaged in transit.
If you missed the delivery, you can request a redelivery with the card left by the driver or collect the goods from your local depot. Redelivery will be arranged automatically for the next working day if no instruction is made to the courier. If you fail to receive the order on the second attempt .Goods will be held in the local depot for 5 working days to await your collection. If no collection or arrangement is made, it will be returned to us along with a return charge of £19.80, the purchaser must meet this charge.
