Returns Policy

Within Seven Days of receipt & with the exception of, Fish & Reptile Foods, Water treatments & Additives, Vitamin Supplements, Water Testing Kits & Medications, you may return any goods that you are not completly satisfied with. Providing that they are returned in their original packaging in their original condition, complete with any freegifts included with product, all manuals & guarantees. All packaging must be in its original condition all packaging used to secure the product must be included and undamaged. We must receive the products in their packaging in a condition where they can be put back on display, other customers will not purchase products that are forced back into their packaging. Before returning any item you must contact us by email to receive a returns code, no email, no code, means no refund. Your refund will be on the product only, no postage will be refunded. If we have sent the wrong products we will put our mistake right with no extra cost to the customer.

Whilst we endeavour to add relevant information to an items sales description, leaving a negative or neutral feedback because " I thought it would be bigger" or " I don't like the colour" or " the backing track on the DVD gets on my nerves" is not very fair on us. We will respond to any emails on a timely basis but we will also report any intimidation or abuse of the system to ebay.
