I prefer payment by paypal but If you cannot pay through paypal we can accept a cheque or postal order if in GBP sterling. If you purchase Multi buys from us, that are more than £34 in value, then We will ask they are posted by insured means so as to ensure they are covered in case of loss. International buyers we ONLY accept paypal as payment,due to high bank charges. If you are not able to pay by paypal, please do not bid. I am located in the UK so please allow more time for your goods to arrive if you are buying from abroad. All payments are requested within 7 days of auction close. GENERAL POSTAGE: Postage is charged at cost plus packaging - please bear this in mind when you rate my postage charges. I only charge the cost of postage plus my packaging costs - I cover the cost of the trip to the Post Office and other minimal expenses. Most mailing bags cost about 20p depending what size I use. I will only send by second class post. If you require more secure postage method please ask me and I will amend your invoice to include either First class postage , recorded delivery, or special delivery depending on the price of your item. UK POSTAGE - Second class mail always used for smaller items. Larger items and bundles I will use a courier. The price quoted in these cases will only include mainland UK, not highlands and islands where a surcharge is usually applicable INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE - items always sent by airmail or in larger bundles etc a courier is used. Prices depend on your location. I do include guide prices on my listings but ,sometimes need to rectify individual locations but same rule applies as general post - I charge cost of postage plus a small amount for packaging. If you would like prices for your location please email me and I can give you a more accurate price. All items sent by paypal are covered under the buyer protection programme. I obtain receipts for all parcels sent. If your parcel does not arrive then let me know and I can act upon this with royal mail. Refunds for missing parcels will only be issued once I have been reimbursed by Royal Mail so please be patient as a process has to be followed. Royal Mail will require you to return a completed non-receipt form before I am issued with any refund, so please return this asap on receipt to Royal Mail.
