 Stamp:  1d (red) King George V (good posted condition)

Cancellation/Date Stamp:  wavy lines across stamp - single ring cancellation - Kendal - 2PM - 5 Sep - 1935 - Westmorland

Condition:  Quite good - corner knocks & creases - light edge wear - a few surface scratches - grubby marks on white border - some of the wavy lines and an impression of the CDS visible on front - foxing/blemishes to reverse

Remember - "condition" is purely a subjective (or personal) viewpoint - so please view scans carefully to avoid disappointment.  The scans constitute part of the item description.  Any "pinkiness", cross-hatching or other regularly spaced boxes/lines are due to my scanner - they do not appear on the card
