I found looking up postage rates on the internet took up a considerable amount of time and effort, particularly when I was offering various shipping services. And with the introduction of the new pricing in proportion services, I was finding it even more difficult to work out how much it will cost to send a parcel!
That's why I decided to make this simple piece of software to make the process of looking up postage costs easier.
Simply input the weight of your parcel in grams, click the button, and see instantly how much it will cost to post your parcel. It really is that simple. Did you realise that in some cases it is actually cheaper to post a parcel by Special Delivery than it is to send it first class?
This tool gives you all the options available, and calculates rates for all parcels from one gram right through to the limit of 30 Kilogram's. The software also includes international postage rates up to 30 kilos
This software is a standalone software application, designed by myself, you do not need any office software like Excel or Access to run this .
The software is Windows 7, Windows Vista, and Windows XP compatible and automatically checks for future updates, which you are entitled to free of charge!
With the Pricing in Proportion system, I have added a new postage type that will tell you which category your parcel will fall in to. Simply enter your parcels sizes and weights, and the calculator will tell you which category your parcel falls in to and the services available.

A : The software has been tested on Windows 7,Windows Vista and Windows XP.
Q : Do I need any software installed already?
A : No The software is standalone. The software requires that Microsoft.net framework is installed on your PC, but will do this for you if you have not downloaded it already.
Q : How big is the software programme?
A: The software is less than 5 MB. If you need to install Microsoft.Net Framework, the programme needs an additional 220MB.
Q: How long does installation take?
A: The software will install in a matter of seconds. If Dotnet Framework 3.5 is required this can take 30 -45 minutes to install.
Q: How do I receive Updates to the software?
A : The software automatically checks the internet and will inform you when a new version is available to download.
