Early 20th Century Arts & Crafts Letter Stationery Rack

This lovely stationery rack dating to the early 20th century would make a super desk accessory as well as useful letter rack. It is constructed predominantly of pine. What sets this apart are the contrasting stains to the drawer front, forming a geometric pattern. It boasts its original handles and has two holders above the drawers for letters, stationery etc.

It is finished with original studwork, and while the odd stud is missing, this is still in good condition for its age. If you prefer it to be wall hung, there is a hole in the back to faciliate this. Whether bought as a gift or simply for yourself, I am sure this will not disappoint.

As with all my listings, this is a vintage item and as such does come with some evidence of age. If you are looking for pristine condition, then this might not be for you. I do try to give an accurate description of the condition, as I hope my feedback testifies, but this is always relative. 1. Personal Cheque: I allow 5 working days' clearance of cheques from banking, so please bear this in mind if you require your item quickly. 2. Pay Pal: If you wish to pay by Debit or Credit Card it is easy to do so via Pay Pal. It is the Seller who is charged for this service and while we do not pass this cost on to the customer, we would appreciate prompt payment via Pay Pal. It can take up to 5 days for a Pay Pal payment to be transferred to our bank account - so if you delay payment by Pay Pal, this delays our reimbursement costs to that extent + the extra 5 days!

3.Please email for arrangements if you are planning to collect personally. Please note that our courier's driver is not authorised to accept cash on our behalf, representing, as they do, a separate company. We will notify you upon close of the transaction if we are able to offer personal delivery, in which case an alternative method of payment might be possible. NON-PAYMENT

Unfortunately, I have now had my fair share of non-paying bidders so I regretfully have to point out that a Payment Reminder will be sent automatically after 5 days via Ebay.

After 7 days a Non-Paying Bidder dispute will be opened and if no satisfactory response is received during this process, you will receive a non-paying bidder striket. There should be no necessity for it to get to this stage, if the buyer emails or phones to say there was a good reason why they had bid but have now had to delay payment. Communication really is the key to a trouble-free transaction.
