Every item is carefully packaged  to ensure safe shipment to you and dispatched within 1 working day of your order being placed.
Larger orders are sent by Courier on a Next Working Day delivery basis if received before 1pm on Payment date.

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible and always within 1 working day. 
Customers who reside offshore (N.Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands. Isle Of Man, Channel Islands) or whose postcodes include the following should contact us first for a shipping quote prior to placing larger orders that will be shipped by Courier:
IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, BT, IM, TR21-25
We will contact you back directly and quote you a reasonable shipping charge to your chosen delivery destination
We use Parcelforce as our Couriers and have found them to be extremely reliable

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
