Offered is a very rare Parker Beacon Dog Lover Series pocket lighter.

This series was only retailed in 1933-1934 and came in 6 different types.

I have scanned a page from a 1933 Tobbacconists retail catalogue which shows the different types available.

This is a very rare lighter.

Parker was a subsidiary company of Dunhill, established c1928. This model actually carries Dunhills patent 143752.

See photos for condition,plate wear commensurate with age.

No significant scratches or dents.

Not sure if the fuel screw is correct,although it is marked correctly.
