If an item or items come damaged, the order may be returned, The cost of the delivery will be deducted from the refunded amount. The customer is responsible for postage for any returned items. We strongly recommend that the customer obtain proof of postage for any returned item(s) and we would respectfully, request that you notify us by email once the return items have been posted. 

Any defective product should in the first instance be reported to us and in return we will, pursue a replacement or refund. If we see it appropriate we will replace the item, at our discretion, however before any action is undertaken we will keep you the customer fully informed. 

We cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery due to postal strikes,  an increase in seasonal demands or the carrier company being unable to deliver due to no one being available to sign for ordered parcel or any other conditions which are outside our control.
