The Balancer - balancing rein

This popular training aid designed by annrees encourages the development and strengthening of particular muscles on your horse/pony for the correct balance and profile. This can be achieved during riding, as well as schooling, in a shorter time than would otherwise be possible. The quiet pulley action ensures smooth movement and the forgiving elastic joint at the chest allows the horse/pony to move its head, encouraging rather than enforcing the position. This product was developed by taking the proven Abbot-Davies balancing rein as a starting point and bettering it. All our customers who have bought a Balancer have been thrilled with their purchase, have a look at our feedback!

As with all training aids, The Balancer should be properly fitted, used with the horse fully warmed up and for SHORT periods of time only. An "aid" is intended to encourage and teach the horse the correct carriage and balance until such time it is no longer required. We recommend that you seek expert advice before using any type of training aid. Ann Rees Equestrian is not liable for any events involving the use of The Balancer.
