If damaged in transit, please retain all packaging to assist with compensation claim via relevant courier. Bulk couriers will not insure for damage in transit of antiques so if you choose this method, rather than collection, you are accepting this fact. If you feel an item differs from description significantly, please email immediately. As each item sold is available for viewing prior to sale, I urge all buyers to take up this option. Delivery/postage will not be refunded in the event of return if you have waived your right to view prior to bidding for whatever reason. Such is the nature of antiques, that it would be rare for condition to be pristine. Unless described as such, reasonable allowance should be made for age distressing, shade variation, scuffs and marks.
