As a consumer you have the right, together with other rights in law, to cancel the contract with us and receive a full refund. If this is your intention you must contact us in writing within seven working days of the day after the date on which you received the order, by telephone on 01305 768845 or via e-mail through the “My Messages”. You are obliged to return the goods to us in the same condition as they were dispatched, at your own expense, making sure that there is adequate postage and insurance and that all courier costs have been covered. We may (with your agreement) arrange collection from you by a named courier, but again this will be at your expense. We will then refund the total amount of money paid by you less any collection and administrative costs incurred by us.
