We post 6 days a week and within 36 hours of payment being received.

We always send items the fastest method i.e. first class for UK and Airmail for abroad.  If you want the item delivered safely then we recommend you select the recorded delivery option (UK) or Internationally Signed For (Europe & Rest of World) - this ensures a signature is taken on delivery.

Returns

If you are not happy with your product then you have up to two weeks to return it to us.  We will issue a refund minus 20% handling fee.

If you wish to exchange an item then we will accept it as long as the item has not been worn and is in new condition and that we actually have the item in stock you wish to exchange for.  We will ask you to cover our return postage costs of the exchanged item.
