Can I collect my items from your warehouse?
Yes, you can collect items from our warehouse in Warrington. The warehouse is open from 13:30 - 17:00, Monday - Friday.
Due to
the large number of collections we have during the day, you will need to contact us at least 48 hours in advance to arrange the
collection, which gives us time to get the items ready for you in advance. We may provide you with a specific time depending upon
the
number of collections already booked in for that day. Please note: if you are coming to collect items, you will need to pay with a
credit / debit card or cash, as we cannot allow collections when payment has been made in advance. We will provide you with our collection
address upon completion of the auction.
When will my items arrive?
As a general guide, we work on 5-10 working days for delivery. Whilst we aim to get all goods dispatched as soon as
possible, we
can not guarantee any delivery dates until the items have left our warehouse. Once your items have been dispatched, our
courier
company will contact you with a definite delivery date. Please try to avoid contacting us for delivery times as we will not be able to
provide you with a date ourselves.
How will my items be delivered?
As stated above, your delivery is made via our courier company who deliver items on a Pallet. Your goods are wrapped and
strapped
to this pallet which will then be delivered to your front door. Please be aware that our courier company is not insured to take the
goods inside for you. They will deliver as close to your front door as possible, providing you live on a ground floor. It is your
responsibility to
unload the pallet and carry the goods indoors for inspection. You will therefore need to ensure there are able bodied
people at the delivery
address to receive the items and to check them over upon delivery.
Can I have my items delivered to any address?
If you are paying via PayPal, we are only insured to deliver to your Confirmed PayPal Address. If you pay via PayPal and
your address
is Unconfirmed, your order will be refunded back to you and cancelled. If you want your goods delivered to an address other
than
your billing address, you will need to pay us via a bank transfer or cheque. If you wish to pay via this method, please inform us at
the
time purchase and we will provide you with the relevant details.
Can I return items if I am unhappy with them?
Items can only be returned to us if they come back unopened and in their original packaging. If goods are returned and we
receive
them back damaged, or there is any evidence that the goods have been opened or unpacked, we will not be able to issue a refund.
If
you are returning goods to us, it is at your own cost to send them back and no refund will be given on the initial carriage costs.
Please note,
if you have received goods that are damaged, this needs to be noted on the delivery note at the time of delivery and
the goods need to be
refused immediately. Goods that have been described as 'Sold As Seen' may not be returned.
